In 2016 my husband, Jay, and I visited Costa Rica, the birthplace of his father and the country where my husband developed his Pura Vida way of life. The following year we visited the Caribbean, which has always been a haven for me. It’s easy to fall in love with the Pura Vida mentality and the island culture.
In 2017 I started Geaux Book It Travel Agency to help others experience new destinations and to create memories to last a lifetime. I’ve had the privilege of working with the most amazing clients and travel industry partners over the course of many years.

My largest supporter and favorite travel buddy was my husband, Jay, until he passed away in 2024 at the young age of 57. I know all too well just how short life can be. Inspired by Jay’s Pura Vida roots, Geaux Book It rebranded in 2025 with an increased portfolio focused on creating meaningful travel experiences.
